ACCOUNT SECURITY STANDARDS

How We Handle Data, Cookies and Account Security

Every aspect of your account — from the cookies we set to how long we retain your transaction records — is governed by documented internal policies aligned with the legal terms you…

Data We Collect

We collect only the information needed to verify your identity, process payments via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, and comply with applicable Indian regulations. No surplus data is gathered or sold to third parties.

Cookie Usage

We set functional, analytics and preference cookies. Functional cookies keep your session active; analytics cookies help us improve page performance. You can manage non-essential cookies from your browser settings at any time.

Account Security

Account access is protected by two-step verification and session-timeout controls. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic email alert to your registered address so you can act immediately.

Data Retention

Transaction records are held for the period required by Indian financial regulations, typically seven years. After that window, data is deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies to your account.

Who to Contact

For all data-related requests — access, correction, deletion — write to the Data Controller email listed in your account settings. We process these requests within the statutory timeframe and confirm each step by email.

Requesting Changes

You may update personal details directly in your account profile. For changes we cannot process automatically — such as name corrections requiring identity re-verification — submit a request via email with a valid government-issued ID.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Policies

These answers cover the most common queries we receive about legal rights, account data, jurisdiction and how to make formal requests. If your question is not covered here, contact us directly and we will respond in writing.

Access to x70 depends on local law in your specific state and region of India. We do not provide services in areas where local regulations prohibit them. Check your local laws before opening or continuing to use an account.

We hold your registration details, identity-verification documents, transaction history covering UPI, Paytm and PhonePe activity, and session logs. You can request a full copy of this data by writing to the Data Controller email in your account settings.

Submit a deletion request to our Data Controller email. We will process it within the statutory window and confirm each stage by email. Note that records subject to a legal hold or regulatory retention period cannot be deleted until that period ends.

Minor corrections such as address updates can be made directly in your profile. For changes that require re-verification — a name correction, for example — email us with a valid government-issued ID and we will process it within five working days.

We notify you by email before material changes take effect. You have the option to close your account if you do not accept the new terms. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Contact our support team in writing via email or live chat to open a dispute. If the first-level response does not resolve your concern, you may request escalation to our compliance officer, who provides a written determination within ten working days.

We share data only where required by law or where necessary to process your transactions through payment providers like UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unaffiliated third parties.
